This E-Sign Disclosure and Consent Policy (“Disclosure”) explains your rights when you

consent to receive disclosures, agreements, notices, and other information (“Communications”)

from CIVYL Financial, Inc. electronically rather than in paper form.

2. Scope of Communications

You agree to receive all Communications from CIVYL Financial, including but not limited to:

• Terms of Service and Privacy Policy

• Account agreements and disclosures

• Statements and transaction histories

• Legal and regulatory notices

• Tax documents (e.g., 1099s if applicable)

3. Method of Delivery

We will provide Communications to you by:

• Email (to the address on file)

• Posting them to your CIVYL Financial dashboard or account portal

• Push notifications via the mobile app

4. Hardware and Software Requirements

To access and retain electronic Communications, you must have:

• A device with internet access

• A current version of a web browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, or Edge)

• A valid email account

• Software capable of viewing PDF documents

• Sufficient storage space or access to a printer

5. How to Withdraw Consent

You may withdraw your consent to receive electronic Communications at any time by contacting

us at support@civylfinancial.com. Withdrawal may result in account suspension or closure, as

many services require electronic delivery.

6. Requesting Paper Copies

You may request paper copies of any electronic Communication by emailing us at

support@civylfinancial.com. A processing fee may apply unless prohibited by law.

7. Updating Your Contact Information

It is your responsibility to ensure we have your current email address. You can update your

contact information in your account settings or by contacting us.

8. Consent

By clicking “I Agree” or otherwise signing electronically, you acknowledge that:

• You can access and read this Disclosure

• You consent to receive Communications electronically

• You understand your rights regarding this consent
