EFTA Consumer Consent for Electronic Disclosures

Consent to Receive Electronic Communications


By opening and using a CIVYL Financial account, you agree to receive all disclosures, notices, terms, updates, and other communications related to your account electronically, as permitted by the Electronic Fund Transfer Act (Regulation E) and E-SIGN Act.

These electronic communications may include but are not limited to:

  • Monthly statements
  • Account terms and fee updates
  • Error resolution notices
  • Pre Authorized debit authorizations
  • Changes to terms of service or policies

What You Must Do to Consent:

To agree, you must:

  1. Confirm you can access and retain documents in electronic form.
  2. Consent by checking the box and continuing through our digital onboarding flow.

Withdrawal of Consent:

You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting support@civylfinancial.com. If you do so, we may need to close your account or limit certain services that require electronic communication.

Hardware & Software Requirements:

  • A device with internet access (mobile, tablet, or desktop)
  • A current web browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, etc.)
  • Access to an email account
  • Adobe Reader or similar PDF viewer

Paper Copies:

You can request paper copies of any disclosures by emailing support@civylfinancial.com. A $2 fee may apply for each mailed document.
